According to NOAA (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), the best months to visit Paignton for the weather are May 21 through September 30. In Paignton, July is the busiest travel month, followed by May and September. Though you can save if you book far in advance1, these months will have the highest flight and accomadation prices.
